Metalcaucho presents the 3233 Thermostat, a unique solution in the market

Metalcaucho, the leading European supplier of aftermarket spare parts in rubber and metal for the automotive sector, presents the 3233 Thermostat, a unique solution in the market that integrates three products into one thanks to the combination of different accessories that it incorporates. The company has unified the thermostats with OEM part number 1336.W7, 1336.R8 and 1338.S4 into one, the Thermostat 3233, offering three optimal part numbers for 42 applications.

In that sense, the 3233 Thermostat allows to mount any of the three OEM products according to the customer’s need. To do this, Metalcaucho provides an Accessory Kit that includes two temperature probes, two O-rings and two safety clips so that by combining the different parts, the three product versions can be assembled.

With this pioneering product, Metalcaucho offers customers a wide range of advantages. The 3233 Thermostat provides a wider range of applications since a single product is optimal for more vehicles, which in turn allows workshops and distributors to reduce stock and increase product turnover, regardless of whether an OEM reference is sold more than the other, given that with a product the three OEM part numbers are covered.

Likewise, the launch of Thermostat 3233 highlights the company’s ability to unify different OEM parts in the form of a single product or kit. In this line, at the end of 2017 Metalcaucho presented its new family of injection kits and became the first company to provide picking rings, seals and injector protectors in the form of a kit in Spain.

The company already has the 3233 Thermostat in its warehouse to provide distributors with an immediate delivery service. These new parts are also incorporated in Tecdoc, offering updated and complete data for the identification of the components, as well as to check availability and purchase them online through the e-commerce platform, exclusively for distributors.

The new part numbers of thermostats are incorporated into the general catalog of Metalcaucho, which is the largest in the market and also the largest that the company has launched in its history, offering more than 7,700 part numbers of rubber and metal spare parts for more than 24,100 applications adaptable to most vehicles in the international car park.
