Metalcaucho gives a seminar in Greece about the renewed quality of their products

In order to strengthen the brand image in the Hellenic country and be in contact with its customers

Metalcaucho wants to be in touch with his clients, wherever they are. That is why they are expanding their proposal for training talks in countries where they export. Thus, last December 10 they organized a seminar in Athens to inform about the news and improvements that Metalcaucho is carrying out in recent years.

The seminar was held in the modern event hall Tzaferi 16 in Athens, and brought together a large group of commercials and distributors of the brand of spare parts in the Greek market. At the meeting, with the presence of Clément Guichard, export director of Metalcaucho, topics of interest were discussed, such as the validation methods of new product that are carried out in the brand new laboratory of the Quality Department, and the constant launch of new part numbers, many of them exclusively, from the Product Department.

The seminar explained how from Metalcaucho, in addition to having the most extensive catalog of the market in rubber and metal, they offer solutions to professionals in the sector, such as the improvement of original part numbers, just as they did with a steering column bush in which added a greased internal bearing (part number 2244). Another example of his contribution to solve problems in the day-to-day of the mechanical workshops, was the case of the thermostat 3233, a pioneer solution in the market that unifies three OEM part numbers into one thanks to the combination of different integrated accessories.

On the other hand, it also addressed the use of new materials of higher quality in product families such as engine mounts or turbo tubes, made of AEM type rubber that include polyester fibers, the same used by manufacturers to produce original part numbers.

In addition to informing its customers about brand improvements, these types of events are an ideal forum to get to know first-hand the needs and concerns of its distributors in different markets. From Metalcaucho they announce that the experience has been so positive that new seminars will be organized soon in Greece.
