Metalcaucho maintains its activity due to social responsibility

Dear customer/collaborator,

At Metalcaucho nothing is more important than the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and our international collaborators. We are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and adapting to the evolving measures being established in every country to help flatten the curve with our most ethical, responsibility, and professional principles while we maintain our commitment to keep providing our usual levels of service and facilitate the support and resources you may need to navigate this challenging time.

Our presence in more than 65 countries, with different degrees of involvement and development of the Covid-19, allows us, always complying with the rules and regulations imposed, to be operational in these difficult times.

Vehicle repair and maintenance mechanical workshops are included among the essential services that society needs to preserve transport and mobility services, in order to not disrupt dealers and mechanics businesses and need of spare parts, at Metalcaucho we will continue to provide and guarantee the quality of our service, always respecting the indications of the Health Authorities and the World Health Organization.

To cope with this situation, we have adapted our way of working:

• We have implemented a strict protocol of preventive measures for all the staff that needs to come to our facilities to carry out their work, taking extreme health security measures.
• When possible, we are supporting our employees to work from home, with full operability and professionalism.
• We have the necessary technology to carry out remote meetings, which we invite you to use so we can keep collaborating and being productive.
• Our exclusive factories are already 100% operational.
• We have sufficient stock to give service to our clients’ orders.

These measures will be as needed following the guidelines of the official and competent organizations in the matter in order, to preserve the health and safety of our staff, collaborators and clients. We expect that this situation will return to normal as soon as possible and we hope, together, to slow the progression of the disease. We look forward to sharing spaces and moments together again very soon.
