The Metalcaucho team, leading European supplier of aftermarket rubber and metal parts for the automotive sector, wants the best for its customers and suppliers. These are difficult times for all of us, in which we are forced to be separated, but that does not mean that we are not with you. We hope that you and yours are all well, and this situation happens as soon as possible. We are going to continue doing what we know how to do best, supply the spare parts sector. As we already reported a few days ago through an official statement, at Metalcaucho we maintain our activity for social responsibility.

After the confirmation by the Government that the mechanical workshops can continue working, as they are essential and necessary services to preserve transport and mobility services to society, from Metalcaucho we decided to maintain our activity, with a stock enough to attend distributors and mechanics with the spare parts they may need. From Metalcaucho we will do everything that depends on us to guarantee the quality of our service, always respecting the indications of the Health Authorities and the World Health Organization.

Our highest priority is to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and collaborators, but also to maintain the usual levels of service for our clients. That is why we are managing this delicate situation with ethics, responsibility and a sense of professionalism. Very soon we will return to share spaces and moments together.

Actions taken by Metalcaucho

To cope with this situation and slow the advance of the pandemic, we have adapted our way of working:

• Strict protocol of preventive measures for the personnel in our facilities, taking extreme measures of sanitary security.

• We have provided the option of teleworking to all employees who can do it from home, with full operation and professionalism.

• We have the necessary technology to carry out meetings remotely so that our relationships do not cease.

• Our exclusive factories are already 100% operational, and we have sufficient stock to serve our customers.

• Appealing to solidarity with the distribution sector, we don’t apply a surcharge on urgent orders, so essential in this situation.

These measures will be updated according to the guidelines of the official and competent bodies in the matter, to preserve above all the health and safety of people.
